Good morning stampers!
Things were quieter this weekend. I think I was possessed by someone–definitely not me. I had one of the most constructive days I have had in a very long time. I switched out my winter clothes, cleaned and straightened my bedroom, cooked, washed two weeks worth of clothes and posted a bunch of stuff to ebay! Wow!!!
Did you know…how easy and festive washi tape can be!?! Take a look at this darling card we made at Hostess Club.
- Using various stamps, stamp the background in three ink colors—mainly around edges on the Whisper White CS.
- Place 3 washi tape strips vertically next to each other.
- Fold the twine in half and wrap around card tying in front.
- Run the “hello” thinlit through Big Shot with Island Indigo. Adhere with snail.
- Adhere Island Indigo to Pool Party card front. Place dimensionals on Whisper White and adhere to Island Indigo.
- Stamping off (part of stamp goes off the edge of the CS.
- Using bakers twine.
- Thinlits and Big Shot Brush
- Washi Tape—it may be cut or torn.
- Start with Baker’s Twine on the top side of the card. Wrap around 3xs and tie a knot or bow in front.
- To loosen cardstock from thinlet, place on foam pad and run brush over several times until it comes out.
- Another thing to try is placing waxed paper over the CS and then your thinlit.
- Dimensionals—Place one on each corner and on large pieces, place one in the middle.
