My La Belle Aire pokeno group met tonight at Lauren’s. I was a BIG loser–winning neither 1st, 2nd, blackout OR boobie. But that’s OK. As Beau, my sweet hubby reminds me, we all have to share and take turns. (How old am I?) On the months when I am lucky enough to win, he’ll say, “don’t you ever feel guilty?” Uh, that would be a NO!
Lauren is a wonderful cook. She served a Mexican dish with black beans, corn tortillas and cheese. Yum! And this sign was in her kitchen:
Works for me!!!
I have been working to reorganize my stampin room so that when we do move at least that part of my life will be done. So far, I have redone my thinlits/framelits and my embossing folders. I am using Stamp-n-Storage for organizing and hopefully will have my ribbon shelf by Monday! I have also made a small notebook with pictures of my current stamps sets and my retired sets. Now when I am looking for something special it is all right there at my fingertips.
As usual, I made two special Halloween cards for the granddarlin’s. I will show them to you on Tuesday!
And November 1st is a very special day. It is my sweet Mother’s birthday and the 2nd anniversary of my stampinatthebirdnest blog! Woohoo for me!
Now for some last minute inspiration–check out these Halloween cards!
Wishing you a spooky Halloween with lots of fun filled haunting!
Happy stampin’,
~Laura~
