Happy New Year to all my BFFs out there I hope all is well in your world.

     I still have laryngitis and have a hard time keeping my mouth shut (imagine that!?!) And I have still been cooking (haven’t figured that out either!)! But I am back doing some stampin’. I’m waiting on my preorder from the latest mini catalog-the Occasions and SAB (Sale-a-bration). I am planning on having a Valentine “short stack” in a couple weeks, so pleased stay tuned.

    Our demonstrator swap czar gave us a challenge for this month’s meeting.  We are to make a card with a new set from the Occasions catalog or use a Christmas set and make a non-Christmas card. I decided to do the latter. Here is what I came up with.

STAMP SET: Bright & Beautiful

                         Good Greetings
CARD STOCK: Whisper White 4-1/4” x 5-1/2”; 3-3/4” x 5”;
                                3-1/2” square
                            Cherry Cobbler 4” x 5-1/4’; 1/2” x 2-1/2”;
                            Silver Glitter 4-1/2” square; scrape
INK:  Cherry Cobbler
          VersaMark
          Silver Encore Pad
ACCESSORIES: Big Shot
                              Star Framelits
                              What’s up? Punch
                              Dimensionals
                              Heart Mask
                              Sponge Dauber
                              Embossing powder: Cherry Cobbler
                                                               Silver
                              Heat Gun

Here are a couple tips:
Punch 2 arrows and use 1/2 of each
as shown.
Tip: When using the mask, I used a sponge dauber. BUT for the star mask
use our regular sponges. The points of
the star pick at the dauber, tearing it up.

 Happy stampin’,

~Laura
