Well, I’ve been in slow motion all week. This morning I woke up with NO voice. I’ve been feeling it coming on, but sitting outside for the first 1/2 of the LSU game did it! Often I get a good case of laryngitis during the holiday season.
Yesterday, we partied with Beau’s Broadmoor high school friends. Rick has just completed a beautiful outdoor kitchen and of course that’s where we watched the game. Huddled up under blankets and around the firepit. Fun, but I’m paying the price.
As we wind down 2014 and get ready for a new year, I just want to let you know what that means at Stampin’ Up! This is an exciting time of year. The new Occasions catalog comes out with new and exciting stamp sets and accessories. BUT the biggest, bestest (I know, that’s not a real word!) part is Sale-a-Bration. For every $50 in merchandise you buy, you can pick something for free from the SAB catalog! If you buy $100, pick two things. And guess what!?! Blendabilities are in the SAB catalog! (There are a few colors I don’t have-yippee!)
Now for the last sale of the year–and it extends to Jan. 5th, here are the details.
So start making that list. Keep in mind it will soon be time for Valentine cards and treats, Easter, Mother’s and Father’s Day. Make a tentative list-what color cardstock will you use? Do you have enough adhesive? Do you need a new stamp set or can you use something you already have (check out your “all occasions sets”) and don’t forget the bling!
