I’m better today, although I woke up at 4:30 a.m. this morning. So in order not to rouse the house, I went on the (stampin at the birdnest) porch and started packing up my Stampin’ Up! supplies. Later we went to work, signed the rental lease and got the keys. The electricity is on and the carpets have been cleaned so hopefully we can start moving stuff in. Tonight I purged my SU filing cabinet. I mistakenly thought I had kept on top of that! So now everything is up to date.
Oh, the exciting news is that a demonstrator from Michigan contacted me about sharing a room at Leadership! We have talked by phone and she sounds very nice! I am so excited and can’t wait for January to get here!

Here is a card and recipe I found on splitcoaststampers.com. If you are ever stuck check out card layouts. It just might give you that mojo you’re looking for!

This is the 3rd or 4th card I’ve made using this simple layout, which I’m very proud to say I came up with all by myself (even though hundreds of stampers have probably already come up with it, too.) It seems to lend itself quite easily to every occasion, every DSP, and every small image from my stamp sets that I haven’t used yet. I’m going to be using this quite a lot, I think.
