I have been enjoying my paper and morning coffee on the sofa loving my wonderful view out my huge picture window. I love seeing the activity coming and going from the university. Yesterday and today I even enjoyed the thunder storms. And the sunsets are magnificent across my little lake! I am probably going to miss that the most about leaving my home.
I don’t know if you know this, but the house was built the year before I was born. It is a two bedroom house but the builder told Momma and Daddy that the office could be the third bedroom when their next child was born. Well, after trying for eight years to have another baby, the builder either cursed or blessed my parents because a year later here I came!
I have to keep reminding myself that it is just a house–a home with lots of memories. Now it’s time to get on to the next chapter in our life. And as my Dumplin’ (oldest granddarlin’) said after the “awaaa” of learning the house would be torn down-it’ll be nice having a new home. And I added, yes with everything in working order!
Just got back from Zumba. Busy as I am, I’m trying to get in as many classes as possible–it is a wonderful stress reliever!
I am writing this Monday night, but I will wait for the weekly deals to come out Tuesday morning and post it then! Hope you find a deal!!!
