I have decided that Tuesdays and Thursdays will be my “pool” days at the LSU UREC. First I ride the stationary bike for 15-30 minutes. Then I get in the pool for water aerobics and laps. This leaves two of my weeknights completely free. I am enjoying getting back to my swimming! On the other days it’s Zumba or Street Beats (hip-hop). Gettin’ wild in my old age and actually I am very proud of the fact that I am in class with all those youngsters. My brain is (mostly) getting the message to the feet and I can pick up not all the steps, but most of them! I am fighting the big “A”–can’t remember the name-ha!

The second card I did for last nights stamp camp was the one I CASEd and showed you last week.
Here is the recipe:

STAMP SET: Good Greetings
                         Flower Patch
CARD STOCK: Mossy Meadow
                             Tangelo Twist
                             Color Me Autumn DSP
          Mossy Meadow
          Soft Suede marker
ACCESSORIES: Flower Fair framelits
                               Essential Paper Punch Pack
                               Apothecary Accents framelits
                               Glue Dots
                               Mossy Meadow Ribbon 18”
                               Dimensionals
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Stamp flowers with leaves and punch out along with leaves using Flower Fail framelits.
  2. Stamp greeting. Using template, pierce dots. Cut out with Apothecary Accents. Take marker and connect dots to look like stitching.
  3. Assemble as shown.
Have a wonderful weekend. We have another home game so I’ll be tailgating and yelling Geaux Tigers!
Happy stampin’,
