Melting Icicles
Sunday was the fourth Sunday of the month–Stamp & Sip Sunday.
So along with my stampers making cards for SAB Kickoff, I had a few
others that came over to finish projects, etc. I do this every month
regardless of the number coming. Occasionally I’m the only one-but
it is set aside and a great time for me to catch up too. We stamp from
12:30 -5:30 and there are only a couple rules. Bring something to work on
or not, snacks or not, adult beverage or not, and if you have been to communion,
you can start drinking immediately-otherwise you must wait til later in the
afternoon! Ha! |
After the sleet all day last Friday–you know what came next! The melting and thawing out. Our “new” Mississippi River bridge opened mid day on Saturday but traffic was a mess from people stranded and lots of road and bridge closures. In fact three of our stampers couldn’t get here on Saturday for the SAB Kickoff because of the terrible traffic! So we extended the invite so they could come on Sunday

Here was the second Valentine card we made! Tracey made this one and played around with the Envelop punch for the square one. It’s hard to see but it’s closed with a “belly band”.
