Hello all!
I am back from a wonderful visit with my granddarlin’s! and another early morning! (Need to talk to that travel agent -she KNOWS I’m not a morning person!!! uh oh, the agent is me.) But after my sweet hubby picked me up from the airport we had a delicious brunch at Louie’s on the LSU campus. Then I came home and took a nap. The big kids went out for New Years leaving me with the granddarlin’s (yea!) and the animals! One of the “pups” thinks night time is play time, and with the fireworks, I was up a good bit of the night.
Anyway, the girls and I watched two great movies: Monsters University and Star Trek into Darkness! I told the darlin’s that I’d disown them if they ever got too old for animated movies!
Yesterday we “chillaxed: watched the Rose Parade, LSU vs. Iowa in the Outback Bowl (tigers won! Geaux tigers!), and then the start of the new Sherlock season on BBC.
Now, I need to apologize for not blogging yesterday. Apparently I forgot to click publish. I hope you’ve gotten something out of the posts while I was away. I did have a few challenges with pictures, etc. I like to think that I’m a little more computer savvy than I am, but being away from my home computer and out of my comfort zone, my post were not as satisfying to me, BUT–its a new year and hopefully I’m back on track!
Today is a very exciting day! The newest Stampin’ Up! catalogs are out! The Occassions and the Sale-a-Bration (SAB) catalogs. I will give you the links next time–so take a look and see all the exciting new merchandise and stamp sets we have for sale! And for those of you that are unfamiliar with Sale-a-Bration, for every $50 in merchandise you order, you get to pick something out of the SAB catalog for FREE! If you would like for me to mail you a hard copy please contact me and I will drop it in the mail to you! There is nothing better than climbing in bed with the “catties” and a glass of your favorite adult beverage and making a wish list! I also love all the samples that are shown to give you ideas!
