Fun and Games
This week I want to talk to you about fun and games. As a child my family was into board games: Monopoly, Chinese Checkers, Checkers, and Dominos just to name a few. And card games! How many of you remember playing Old Maid and Go Fish? We never stopped playing games, they just got more sophisticated. Uno, Crazy 8, Bridge. And now the resurgence of “family game night” has brought some of these games back and of course new games. These days I am into Pokeno and Mexican Train Dominoes! What a great time to get the kids and grandkids away from the electronics and interacting in person!.
Game On
So when I saw the the Game On stamp set (#152646, $19) featured in the Stampin’ Up! 2020 Annual Catalog I HAD to have it! The stamps include chess pieces, dice, a checkerboard and a straight flush of playing cards. Poker players out there–did I get that right?!?
Great for “Guy Cards
I belong to two Pokeno groups that gather together monthly for food, drink, fun and prizes. When my eye caught this set I knew it was the perfect choice for me. I made an adorable card and sent it to all my Pokeno friends and they were very impressed and thrilled! The guys on your lists would love a card from this set!
