Over the weekend, I decided to play around with some retired stamps. I am in desperate need of sympathy cards, sad to say. I came up with a beautiful card. My thinking is that sympathy cards can be colorful–they don’t have to be drab and depressing. I hope you will agree when you see my card. Sorry, my picture is not cooperating this morning. Just turn your computer and you’ll see it the way it’s supposed to be! Ha ha!
The stamp set I used was Indescrible Gift, which was featured in the 2015 Occassions catalog. And the colors are Blushing Bride (butterflies), Pink Pirouette, Pool Party, and Crumb Cake. I did use my blendabilities, but markers would be just as beautiful!
TIP: P.S. The butterflies are placed over “oops”! Remember there is hardly a mistake that can’t be fixed with an embellishment. Or as I heard at a crop-mistakes are excuses for embellishments!
