Yesterday I went to a crop at Jean’s house. The main reason (beside cropping of course) was to visit with Ginger, my Stampin’ Up! upline. She was in town from Seattle. Of course everyone talked non-stop and we had a blast. I also got to see some friends I hadn’t seen in a while. When we were talked out, never!, I took Ginger back to her in-laws and saw her family and met her two standard poodles! Sage and Macy were quite happy to meet me! Lick, lick:)
Do you ever use card sketches or layouts for ideas? Now and then when I want a different look, I’ll explore the options. It does not have to be exactly like the sketch and sometime is very different-using different shapes and punches. I also use sketches to get ideas for scrapbook layouts.
Today’s example, by Mary Fish is very similar to the sketch.
