I thought I would get all kinds of stuff done this weekend. And while I did get bills paid, a little organizing of tax stuff so I can start on taxes, and trimmed the dead plants of all the leaves that have been dead since the first November cold wave, I would like to have actually finished some stuff. Guess tomorrow’s another day!

I did play a bit with the new Sophisticated Serifs Photopolymer Stamp Set that is in the Occasions catalog. Here’s what it looks like.

It is absolutely perfect for note cards. I’m working on two sets for a friend that wants her three initials on it

This sample was done by Mary Fish.
The trick is in lining up the letters. I had them all in one line.

I put them on a line on my cutting mat.

Next I placed my clear block on top.

You do need to play around with them and test them before starting to make your cards. Mine were all backwards when I tested them, oh my!
Hope you’ll try them out!
Happy stampin’,
