First of all, I appoligize for missing Wednesday’s post. It’s been a little crazy–like always.

Last night was pokeno at my friend Laurie’s house. I was a real loser (didn’t win 1st, 2nd, or blackout and didn’t win boogie either!)
Today, was annual bloodwork (the worst–fasting! and I don’t do well without caffeine, especially in the morning!) day. Then I worked on Leadership swaps, had my hair done and worked on swaps, squeezed lemons, made ambrosia with my oranges, helped my Mother-in-law with her bath, and now I’m writing my post. Still have a chiropractor appointment and then back to swaps.

My $25 juicer from Target has 2 cones
for large and small fruit!
Even while getting my hair done, I was
working on swaps!

Finished product!
