First of all, I appoligize for missing Wednesday’s post. It’s been a little crazy–like always.
Last night was pokeno at my friend Laurie’s house. I was a real loser (didn’t win 1st, 2nd, or blackout and didn’t win boogie either!)
Today, was annual bloodwork (the worst–fasting! and I don’t do well without caffeine, especially in the morning!) day. Then I worked on Leadership swaps, had my hair done and worked on swaps, squeezed lemons, made ambrosia with my oranges, helped my Mother-in-law with her bath, and now I’m writing my post. Still have a chiropractor appointment and then back to swaps.
My $25 juicer from Target has 2 cones for large and small fruit! |
Even while getting my hair done, I was working on swaps! |
STAMP SET: Petite Pairs
- Using the Simply Scored board, place the long side of the paper against the top and line the edge of paper at the 1” mark. Score at 1”, 1-1/2” & 2”. Now score at 4-1/2”, 5” & 5-1/2”.
- Rotate paper so short edge is at the top. Score at 1”, 2”, 3”, & 4”.
- Crease long sides.
- Crease short sides by making an accordion pleat or mountain, valley, mountain fold.
- Now using the Envelop Punch Board, line up the long side (folded on one score line) and punch at the 1-1/2” mark and at the 5” mark. Repeat.
- Adhere sticky strip to the 1/4” long side, strip off red tape and press together firmly.
- Tie ribbon on one end, fill with candy, tie other end.
- Stamp and punch sentiment.
Now, if I could just figure out how to work on swaps while on the chiropractor’s table!?!
Happy stampin’,
~Laura
P.S. Reminder: I will not be posting next week! I will be at Stampin’ Up! Leadership from Tuesday through Sunday. Stay tuned, I will have LOTS to report!
