Hi! Well, I survived the closing of the lot we sold. The buyer is very nice and has a daughter at LSU and another that will be here in the fall. I asked if she would be going through sorority rush and he said yes. Then I told him I was a Phi Mu and he started laughing and said his wife and daughter are Phi Mus! Small world!
