Guess it’s official…fall is on it’s way! Not that the weather is starting to act that way, but it’s football season! It’s alway great getting back in the groove and seeing friends from far and near that you only see for the games. The calorie laden food was awesome as always and the LSU Tigers pulled a shutout–56 – 0 against Sam Houston! Geaux Tigers!

This was also our anniversary weekend. Saturday marked 28 years with this wonderful crazy man that makes me laugh! We haven’t really celebrated but hope to this week!

I did get some stampin’ done and our monthly demonstrator meeting is tomorrow so I’ll have lots to show you!

I CASEd this card and wanted you to see the small changes I made.

I used basically the same layout. Same DSP–just a diferent pattern. I do not have the framelits used in the first card, so I used what I had. I paper pierced the very vanilla piece and added a touch–faux stitching.
TIP: First I stamped my sentiment, then I used the paper piercing pack Essentials and pierced the paper. Next I used the Apothecary Accents and cut out the piece –much easier to center this way. (I always use a couple small pieces of painters tape to hold the templet in place.) Next step, drag your marker along the the holes. It won’t be exact, but take a look at something stitched on the machine–it’s not exact either. I covered any mistakes with a flower. and I’m through!
Hope this show an example of how easy it is to CASE and make it your own!
Happy stampin’,
~Laura
