Well, yesterday and last night totally got away from me. After finishing the hostess club layout and running errands, I grabbed a quick nap. Then it was time to fix snacks. I cheated and cooked a Sam’s pizza that I added stuff to. It’s not Domino’s but delicious and we had gooey brownies with Bluebell ice cream on top! Getting my chocolate fix before “D” day! I was late going to bed and forgot to blog!
Anyway we started stamping late because it took an hour to get set up to skype with Tracey. She’s out of town, but wanted to be a part of the group and it was fun seeing and chatting with her! Tracey was using a hostess set called Bloom with Hope (available in clear and wood). She loves to watercolor and is a true artist at it! As a demonstrator, I don’t usually get the hostess sets due to the fact that it will retire at the end of the catalog year. (And we want to have current sets for you!) But I am considering this one and if you are into watercoloring and BLENDABILITIES this is the set for you! In fact all of the hostess sets this year are awesome. These are only available if you host a party or put in a minimum order of $150. So take a look, I think you’ll
agree with me.
I used a new set that is a keeper! It’s called What’s your type? and it is so much fun! Here’s what it looks like.
I know what your are thinking…what the heck can I do with this? The answer is LOTS! The geometric look is really in right now. You can make designs and letters, words, etc. Google “What’s Your Tpye?” and there are lots of ideas. Last night I had my stampers spell out “AHOY MATE”. Here is the card I gave out to give them some ideas.
