Tonight I had dinner for 2 girls from LSU. I’ve kind of adopted them. Michele is a Kappa Delta and taught Zumba last year at the UREC. When she found out I scrapbooked she joined my hostess club. Tori is a Phi Mu (that makes us sorority sisters) and she was in the Zumba class that I took This semester has been so busy for all of us, we’ve only gotten together a couple of times. I thought having them over for an early homemade dinner might be a treat for them. Then they’ll dash off to study!
The menu consists of Easy Chicken Breasts, Rice Casserole, Salad and “pièce de résistance” Derby Pie. I think everything’s better with chocolate–especially studing!

The last of the swap cards is a mother’s day card. And a very Happy Mother’s Day to all of you!
