Hi! I hope you have had a nice weekend. I’m still with the granddarlin’s in NC. We have eaten great food, visited with friends old & new and of course family.
Sunday was a girls day out! We went to Asheville, NC to The Grove Park Inn. The 2013 National Gingerbread House Competition was on display. It was unbelievable! The categories included child, youth, teen and adult gingerbread makers. All of the display had to be edible! Take a look at this! Here is the grand prize winner!
Before I wrap up Christmas chat, I wanted to share this perpetual calendar with you. I used a 12″ x 12″ scrapbook frame. I added “DECEMBER” and the first letter of each day. Then I made squares 1-1/2″ out of Christmas Designer Series Paper, seven rows across and five rows down. Next I put it in the frame and used a Vis-a-vis marker to write the numbers. Next year clean off the numbers and write the correct numbers for 2014! Hope you’ll try this and add it to the Stampin’ Up! Christmas items you pull out and use each year!

I’ll be talking to you again soon! So happy stampin’,

P.S. Just a reminder, I will only post four days this week! I’ll be taking off New Years Day to spend the last few hours with my granddarlin’s! and watch the LSU game!
