The last couple of days brings back memories of Christmas’ past. The cold drizzly rain reminds me of going to Memorial Stadium to pick out the most beautiful Christmas tree we could find. Momma would bundle us up head and all. I always had to wear a  scarf…I hated that, but since I was prone to ear aches I usually complied.  And the tree hunt was on…Daddy dutifully held out every tree for our inspection. Too short, too tall, too skinny, too fat. And if memory serves me after looking at what seemed like EVERY tree there, we always came back to the first tree we saw and that was the one that proved to be just right! Then it was home to hot chocolate with marshmallows! Yum!

Speaking of chocolate–check out this adorable Christmas treat one of my downline made!  Cut any Christmas DSP and wrap chocolates. Make a tray by the width of your candy plus 1/2″. Score 1/4″ on each side. Fold, place candy inside and put all in a clear cello bag. Seal with ribbon and add a cute tag, and presto–simple and easy!
